1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
The air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium, efficiently sweeping around a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid contained within.
This independent unit boasts a compact footprint and can be positioned either indoors or outdoors as per user specifications. It connects seamlessly to other equipment using hoses or steel pipes. The water pressure is easily adjustable through the valve, which is clearly displayed on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to use, ensure all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment are closed. Post self-circulation, drainage of water via the drain valve under the water distribution package is crucial to avoid debris, ensuring smooth operation without blockages.

Product advantages
1. Enhance the longevity of electronic tubes in high-frequency equipment. Ordinary water is prone to scale formation, necessitating frequent cleaning. This scaling adversely affects emission power and lifespan, and in extreme cases, can result in the burning of the electronic tube anode.
2. Achieve significant electricity savings. For a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube setup, the power consumption of the anode water circuit to the ground under a DC high voltage is about 8KW with ordinary water, compared to approximately 70W with distilled water.
3. Dramatically reduce electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage forms a direct current to the ground through water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube's water jacket inlet and outlet. The corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times that with distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an innovative device strategically installed at the lower part of the tail flue of a boiler, meticulously crafted to recover the invaluable waste heat from the exhaust gas. By heating the boiler feedwater into a saturated water heating surface under the steam drum's pressure, it cleverly harnesses the heat from high-temperature flue gas. This reduces the exhaust temperature, conserves energy, and enhances efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
The steel tube economizer is exceptionally versatile, not constrained by pressure, and can function as a boiling type. Made generally from carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter of 32-51 millimeters, it often features strategically added fins to boost heat transfer efficiency. The design comprises horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, affectionately termed as serpentine pipes, ensuring optimal performance.

2. With its ability to preheat feedwater before it enters the steam drum, the economizer reduces the heat absorption requirement on the heating surface, allowing it to substitute some of the costly evaporative heating surfaces, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. By elevating the feed water temperature, the economizer facilitates a reduction in the wall temperature difference upon entering the steam drum, significantly lowering thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.

Product Usage:
During a boiler's start-up phase, particularly a drum boiler, the feedwater pipeline experiences a lack of circulation, rendering the boiler feedwater stagnant. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the economizer water may vaporize, leading to an overtemperature state locally. To counteract this, a recirculation pipeline from the centralized drainage pipe of the steam drum to the economizer inlet is introduced, maintaining water flow within the economizer and averting vaporization.

The economizer is meticulously positioned at the boiler's tail where the flue gas temperature is lower, serving a pivotal role in:
(1) Absorbing the heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, it adeptly reduces the exhaust temperature in low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency and ensuring substantial fuel savings.
(2) By elevating the temperature of water entering the drum, the economizer diminishes the temperature difference between the drum wall and feedwater, thereby reducing thermal stress and prolonging the drum's operational lifespan.
