Our innovative soft regime technique, featuring direct welding with side current, ensures fins are meticulously welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, forming a U-profile. This ingenious design enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and guarantees an even fin distribution around the tube. The gradual rolling process minimizes inner stress, achieving profiles up to an impressive 7 meters in length. Our fins, typically crafted from carbon steel for optimal heat conduction, are customizable to meet your specific requirements, using high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to your specifications. Seamless tubes, matching the fin material range from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), are crafted with precision, maintaining tolerances of ± 6 mm.
