Longitudinal Finned Tube Description

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing process delivers exceptionally precise finned tubes crafted from high-grade carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the sophisticated resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes are designed to meet the highest standards of quality and durability.

Employing a soft regime with direct welding and side current, our technique ensures fins are expertly welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube. The innovative U-profile fin design significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency, strengthens joint durability, and ensures uniform fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The gradual rolling process minimizes internal stress, offering profile lengths of up to 7 meters. Typically produced from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, fins can be customized in high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, as well as austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels per customer specifications. Fin height ranges from 5 to 32 mm, with seamless tubes available in equivalent materials from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), ensuring manufacturing tolerances of ± 6 mm.
