1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as a cooling medium, efficiently sweeping across the surface of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid encapsulated within.
It stands as a self-contained unit with a minimal footprint, suitable for both indoor and outdoor placement based on user specifications. Connection options include hoses or steel pipes, with water pressure adjustments managed via a valve, monitored by a pressure gauge on the water distribution package. Prior to usage, ensure all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment are sealed. Post self-circulation, drain the water using the valve beneath the water distribution setup to clear debris and prevent blockages during operation.

Product Advantages
1. Enhance the longevity of electronic tubes in high-frequency equipment. Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating regular cleaning, and adversely affecting emission power and lifespan, with risk of anode damage in severe cases.
2. Achieve electricity savings. In 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the anode water circuit's power consumption drops from about 8KW with ordinary water to merely 70W using distilled water.
3. Mitigate electrolytic corrosion. The anode's high voltage creates a direct current through water resistance, causing significant electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets, with ordinary water rates exceeding those of distilled water by over 100 times.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
The economizer, a marvel of modern engineering, is an innovative device ingeniously placed at the lower section of a boiler's tail flue. Its primary role is to recapture waste heat from the exhaust gases. This process involves heating the boiler's feedwater, transforming it into a saturated state under the pressure of the steam drum. By utilizing the high-temperature flue gases, the economizer effectively lowers the flue gas exhaust temperature, significantly conserving energy and enhancing overall efficiency, thus aptly earning its name.
Built for versatility, the steel tube economizer transcends pressure limitations, offering the capability to function as a boiling type. Typically crafted from robust carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, this economizer can include fins to boost heat transfer efficiency. The design features horizontally arrayed parallel elbow pipes, affectionately known as serpentine pipes, resulting in superior heat exchange performance.

Product advantages:
1. Cleverly harnessing the thermal energy of low-temperature flue gases, it reduces exhaust temperature, minimizes losses, and optimizes fuel savings.
2. By pre-heating feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, the amount of heat absorbed on the heating surface is decreased, allowing for the economizer's cost-effective replacement of pricier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As feedwater temperatures rise, the differential in wall temperature upon entering the steam drum diminishes, thereby alleviating thermal stress and extending the steam drum's operational lifespan.

Product Usage:
During boiler start-up, especially in drum boilers, stagnant boiler feedwater can result in non-circulating water within the economizer. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures soar, there's a risk of vaporization, potentially causing overheating in parts of the economizer. To counteract this, a recirculation pipeline from the centralized drainage pipe of the steam drum to the economizer's inlet is employed, ensuring water flow and preventing vaporization.

Production process: finned tube type
Ingeniously located at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer's paramount function includes:
(1) Capturing heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue to lower exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers, thereby enhancing thermal efficiency and promoting fuel conservation.
(2) The implementation of economizers raises the water temperature entering the drum, thereby reducing the temperature differential between the drum wall and the feedwater. This reduces thermal stress on the drum, prolonging its service life.
