1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is an advanced piece of equipment that efficiently utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium. It uses a finned tube mechanism to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids within, ensuring optimal performance.
This compact, standalone equipment can be conveniently placed indoors or outdoors according to user preferences. It connects seamlessly with other equipment via hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure adjustments are made easy through a valve, with real-time display on the pressure gauge. Before use, ensure all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment are closed. Post self-circulation, drain the water using the drain valve under the water distribution package to prevent debris, thus avoiding blockages.

1. Enhance the longevity of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water is prone to scaling, necessitating frequent cleaning. Daily scaling impacts the emission power and lifespan of electronic tubes; in severe instances, it may cause the anode of the electronic tube to burn through.
2. Electricity Saving: For instance, in a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube setup, ordinary water results in a power consumption of about 8KW due to DC high voltage, whereas distilled water reduces this to approximately 70W.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage generates direct current water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. The rate of corrosion in ordinary water is over 100 times that of distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an innovative device ingeniously installed at the lower section of the boiler's tail flue. Its primary function is to ingeniously recover waste heat from the exhaust gas, transforming it into valuable energy resources. By preheating the boiler feedwater to a saturated state under the steam drum's pressure, this device significantly lowers the exhaust temperature of the flue gas. As a result, it saves precious energy and enhances overall efficiency, hence the name 'economizer.'
The steel tube economizer, with its robust design, is pressure-independent and can seamlessly function in a boiling type configuration. Typically constructed using carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter ranging between 32-51 millimeters, these tubes may also feature additional fins to substantially boost heat transfer efficiency. The design includes horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, commonly dubbed as serpentine pipes, ensuring superior performance.

1. Ingeniously harnesses the heat of low-temperature flue gas to significantly lower exhaust temperatures, reduce exhaust losses, and achieve remarkable fuel savings.
2. By preheating the feedwater within the economizer before it enters the steam drum, it reduces the heat absorption required on the primary heating surface. This allows for the replacement of pricier evaporative heating surfaces with the cost-effective economizer.
3. As the feedwater temperature elevates before entering the steam drum, it results in a reduced wall temperature difference, thereby minimizing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the boiler's start-up phase (specifically in drum boilers), the circulation within the steam water pipeline is absent, leaving the boiler feedwater stagnant. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the water within the economizer risks vaporization, potentially causing overheating in certain sections. To counteract this, an additional pipeline can be connected from the centralized drainage pipe of the steam drum to the economizer's inlet, establishing a recirculation pipeline. This ensures that the water within the economizer remains in motion, effectively preventing vaporization.

The economizer is strategically positioned at the boiler's tail, where the flue gas temperature is lower, serving a dual purpose:
(1) The economizer adeptly absorbs heat from low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, effectively reducing the exhaust temperature in low parameter boilers. This enhancement in boiler thermal efficiency results in significant fuel savings.
(2) By implementing economizers, the water temperature entering the drum is increased, consequentially reducing the temperature difference between the drum wall and the feed water. This decreases the drum's thermal stress and prolongs its lifespan.
