Crafted with impeccable precision, our finned tubes are an engineering marvel made from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the state-of-the-art resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes are a testament to superior quality and durability.

Our innovative soft regime technique employs direct welding with side current, ensuring that fins are always welded in perfect pairs on opposite sides. The unique U-profile design enhances heat transfer efficiency while boosting joint strength and achieving an optimal distribution of fins around the tube's circumference. Carefully shaped through gradual rolling, this process minimizes inner stress, ensuring a flawless profile. We offer fins up to an impressive 7 meters in length, typically crafted from carbon steel for excellent heat conduction. However, customization options allow for high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels to meet specific requirements. Fin heights range between 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer specifications. Seamless tubes, available in the same material range, ensure precise tolerances of ± 6 mm, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST).
