Our advanced soft regime welding technique, employing direct welding with side current, guarantees each U-profile fin is meticulously welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube. This innovative design not only enhances heat transfer efficiency but also fortifies joint strength, promoting a uniform fin distribution along the tube's circumference. Achieved through gradual rolling, our fins exhibit minimal internal stress, supporting an impressive maximum profile length of 7 meters. Typically constructed from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, these fins can be adapted to client specifications using high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, as well as austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights vary from 5 to 32 mm, customizable to client requirements. Seamless tubes match the fin material spectrum, ranging from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our precision manufacturing guarantees longitudinally finned tubes within a tolerance of ± 6 mm.
