(1) Superb Wear Resistance
Ingeniously arranged in line, the H-finned tube heat exchanger features fins that create multiple small spaces, ensuring uniform airflow. Compared to traditional staggered or spiral finned heat exchangers, it offers wear life that is 3-4 times higher under similar conditions.
(2) Minimized Fouling
Fouling typically occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. Thanks to its staggered tube arrangement, easy flushing of the tube bundle is facilitated, leading to reduced fouling on the backside. With optimal wind speeds, it boasts an excellent self-cleaning function. The H-finned tube forms straight channels on both sides, optimizing soot removal when used with a soot blower.
(3) Lower Exhaust Gas Resistance
