Fins are meticulously welded in pairs on opposite sides, adopting a distinct U-profile design. This innovative shape significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency, strengthens joint durability, and ensures an even distribution around the tube circumference. Our fins are elegantly shaped through gradual rolling, minimizing inner stress for a refined final profile. Enjoy the benefit of a maximum profile length of 7 meters. While carbon steel fins are standard for their excellent heat conduction, customization is possible with high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels to meet specific application needs. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with the angle tailored to customer specifications. Seamless tubes are available in matching materials, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), maintaining a precision tolerance of ±6 mm.
