1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
Our air cooler stands out as a sophisticated equipment utilizing ambient air as a cooling medium. It efficiently sweeps the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids within the tube.
This compact, independent equipment boasts a small footprint, making it versatile for indoor or outdoor placement per user specifications. Connectivity is streamlined using hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure is finely adjustable via a valve, with a pressure gauge displaying accurate readings on the water distribution package. Prior to use, ensure that all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment are securely closed. After initiating self-circulation, drain the water via the drain valve beneath the water distribution package, confirming the absence of debris to prevent any blockages.

1. Enhancing the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating regular cleaning. Scaling can impair emission power and lifespan, with severe cases risking anode burn-through.
2. Electricity Savings: For example, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the power consumption for the anode water circuit grounded under DC high voltage is roughly 8KW for ordinary water and only about 70W for distilled water.
3. Reducing Electrolytic Corrosion: Anode high voltage induces a direct current to the ground through water resistance, causing significant electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. The corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times greater than with distilled water.

2. Air heat exchanger/Radiator
This versatile heat exchanger is crafted to efficiently cool or heat forcibly flowing air using mediums like water, glycol solution, steam, or heat conduction oil. Selection of different models is advised based on specific working conditions.
Air heat exchangers can be categorized into air heaters and air coolers.
Air heaters are versatile and come in a variety of forms, including electric heating, steam heating, and oil heating, among others, providing efficient solutions for diverse needs.
3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is a crucial energy-saving device installed at the lower part of the boiler's tail flue. It ingeniously captures and recycles heat from the exhaust gas, transforming the boiler feedwater into a saturated water heating surface under the steam drum pressure. By absorbing heat from high-temperature flue gas, it effectively reduces the exhaust temperature, conserves energy, and boosts efficiency, aptly earning its name as an economizer.
The steel tube economizer offers remarkable flexibility, operating without pressure limitations and suitable for boiling applications. Constructed typically from carbon steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from 32-51 millimeters, it is sometimes enhanced with fins to augment heat transfer efficiency. A steel tube economizer is composed of horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes, providing superior performance.
Product Advantages:
1. Efficiently harnesses the heat of low-temperature flue gas, significantly lowers exhaust temperatures, reduces exhaust losses, and achieves substantial fuel savings.
2. By preheating the feedwater in the economizer before it reaches the steam drum, it minimizes the heat absorption requirement on the heating surface, allowing for the replacement of some of the more costly evaporative heating surfaces with an economizer.
3. With the increase in feedwater temperature, the steam drum experiences a reduced wall temperature difference, which correspondingly decreases thermal stress and extends the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the boiler start-up process, especially in drum boilers, the lack of circulation in the steam water pipeline results in stagnant boiler feedwater. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the stagnant water in the economizer is prone to vaporization, leading to potential overheating. To prevent this, a recirculation pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer inlet is advisable, ensuring water flow within the economizer and averting vaporization.
Production Process: Finned Tube Type
The economizer is strategically positioned at the boiler's tail section where flue gas temperatures are lower, serving the primary function to:
(1) Efficiently absorb heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, thereby reducing the exhaust temperature of low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and achieving fuel conservation.
(2) The incorporation of economizers elevates the water temperature entering the drum, diminishing the temperature difference between the drum wall and feedwater, thus reducing thermal stress and prolonging the drum's lifespan.
