Our air temperature vaporizer is made of 6063-T5 high-quality aluminum and Dia22x3.3mm 304 stainless steel. Precision sealed welding and reinforced structure, each evaporator unit will undergo non-destructive testing to ensure no gas leakage, and strength will be tested using water pressure. The ambient air evaporator does not require any assistance from electric heating equipment, which is environmentally friendly and energy saving. Our goal is to provide efficient and long-lasting heat exchange vaporizers for all users worldwide.
Our advantage:
1. Our air temperature carburetor is made of 6063-T5 high quality pure aluminum, with fine welding process and strengthened structure, the fin thickness is 2.0mm, the corresponding outline of the center is 4mmTHK, the internal stainless steel pipe uses dia22x3.3mm 304 stainless steel, the transparency of the substrate is 15mm. Other factories may use low-quality, low-strength, thin aluminum profiles, which will reduce the heat exchange effect.
2. All the air-temperature carburetors of our company are welded by manual argon arc welding, argon must pass through the pipeline, and the welding gap of other factories may not be sealed well, resulting in gas leakage.
3. All surfaces of our carburetor in contact with oxygen are degreased according to oxygen requirements.
4. Each unit of our carburetor will undergo non-destructive testing to ensure that there are no gas leaks. We use nitrogen to test for leaks and water pressure to test for strength.
5. Before leaving the factory, our company properly packed and effectively transported the air temperature carburetor in accordance with the quality manual JB/T4711-2003 to prevent transportation deformation.
