Designed with precision, the H-finned tube heat exchanger is meticulously arranged in-line. The H fins efficiently segment the space into multiple small areas, homogenizing the airflow. Compared to conventional smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered alignments or spiral finned counterparts, the wear life of H-finned tubes is notably extended by 3 to 4 times under equivalent conditions.

(2) Minimized Fouling

Fouling tends to form on the dorsal and windward sides of traditional tubes. Thanks to its staggered arrangement, the tube bundle is effortlessly flushed, resulting in significantly reduced fouling on its back side.
