1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium. It effectively sweeps the outside of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid flowing inside the tube.
This independent unit, with its compact footprint, can be strategically placed indoors or outdoors, tailored to user requirements. It can seamlessly connect to equipment via hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure adjustments are made by tweaking the valve, clearly displayed on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to use, ensure all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment are securely closed. Post self-circulation, drain the water through the drain valve located beneath the water distribution package to prevent debris accumulation, thereby averting potential blockages.

1. Extend the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating regular cleaning. Daily scaling significantly impacts emission power and lifespan of electronic tubes, and in severe cases, risks burning through the anode of the electronic tube.
2. Achieve significant energy savings. For instance, a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment typically consumes around 8KW in the anode water circuit when using ordinary water, but only about 70W with distilled water.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage forms a direct current to the ground through water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the inlet and outlet of the electronic tube water jacket. The electrolytic corrosion rate of ordinary water is over 100 times that of distilled water.

Product Description:
An economizer is an innovative device strategically positioned at the lower part of the boiler's tail flue, designed to reclaim waste heat from exhaust gases. This remarkable unit efficiently transforms boiler feedwater into saturated water by utilizing the steam drum's pressure. Through its adept heat recovery from high-temperature flue gases, it significantly trims exhaust gas temperatures, leading to substantial energy conservation and heightened boiler efficiency, thus earning its name as an economizer.
Crafted from robust carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, the steel tube economizer excels in versatility, thriving under various pressures and even functioning as a boiling type. By incorporating fins, its heat transfer efficiency sees a notable boost. This economizer is ingeniously assembled from horizontally-aligned serpentine pipes, commonly known as parallel elbow pipes.

1. Harness the heat from low-temperature flue gases to decrease exhaust temperatures, minimize exhaust losses, and achieve fuel savings, thereby optimizing energy usage.
2. As the economizer preheats the feedwater before it enters the steam drum, it reduces the feedwater's thermal demand on heating surfaces, offering a cost-effective alternative to expensive evaporative heating surfaces.
3. Elevating the feed water temperature prior to entering the steam drum reduces the temperature differential across the drum wall, alleviating thermal stress and extending the steam drum's operational lifespan.
Product Usage:
During the boiler's startup phase (specifically in a drum boiler), the absence of circulation in its steam water pipeline leads to stagnant boiler feedwater. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, the economizer's water becomes susceptible to vaporization, risking localized overheating. To counteract this, an additional pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage is connected to the economizer inlet as a recirculation pipeline. This ensures continuous water flow, effectively preventing vaporization.
Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer plays a pivotal role by:
(1) Capturing residual heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, which reduces the exhaust temperatures of low-parameter boilers, thus enhancing thermal efficiency and conserving fuel.
(2) By implementing economizers, the water temperature entering the drum is elevated, minimizing the temperature differential between the drum wall and feed water, which consequently reduces thermal stress and prolongs the drum's service life.
