1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment utilizing ambient air as a cooling medium to efficiently cool or condense high-temperature process fluids within a finned tube.
This self-contained equipment boasts a compact footprint, adaptable for either indoor or outdoor setup per user specifications. Connection flexibility with hoses or steel pipes, adjustable water pressure via valve adjustment, and clear pressure gauge display on the water distribution package. Ensure all high-frequency equipment's cut-off valves are closed before use. Post self-circulation, drain water via the drain valve to prevent debris blockages, ensuring optimal performance.
Product advantages
1. Enhances electronic tube lifespan (high-frequency equipment): Regular cleaning is essential as ordinary water scales quickly, adversely impacting emission power and tube lifespan. Severe scaling risks burning through electronic tube anodes.
2. Electricity savings: In 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, using distilled water reduces anode water circuit power consumption from about 8KW to approximately 70W.
3. Minimized electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage creates a direct current through water resistance, causing electrolysis at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. Distilled water reduces corrosion rates significantly compared to ordinary water.

2. Air heat exchanger/Radiator
A versatile heat exchanger designed for heating or cooling forcibly flowing air, utilizing mediums such as water, glycol solutions, steam, or heat conduction oil. Model selection should align with actual working conditions for optimal performance.
Air heat exchanger can be divided into air heater and air cooler.
The air heater is a versatile powerhouse, available in several forms such as electric heating, steam heating, and oil heating. Each variety tailored to fit the specific needs of industry and efficiency.
3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an innovative and energy-efficient device situated at the lower part of the boiler's tail flue, ingeniously designed to capture and repurpose the waste heat from exhaust gases. By transforming boiler feedwater into a saturated state under steam drum pressure, it significantly reduces the exhaust temperature of flue gases. This not only conserves energy but also elevates the system's overall efficiency, earning it the apt name of 'economizer.'
The steel tube economizer, known for its versatility and pressure resilience, can be utilized as a boiling type. Constructed primarily from durable carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, it sometimes incorporates fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency. Its construction features horizontally aligned serpentine pipes, ensuring optimal performance and heat exchange.
Product Advantages:
1. By effectively absorbing the heat from low-temperature flue gases, it significantly lowers exhaust temperatures, minimizes exhaust losses, and conserves valuable fuel resources.
2. Pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum decreases its heat absorption on the heating surface, allowing the economizer to substitute more costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the feedwater temperature rises before entering the steam drum, it reduces the wall temperature differential, subsequently diminishing thermal stress, and extending the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the boiler start-up process, specifically in drum boilers, lack of circulation in the steam and water pipeline results in stagnant boiler feedwater. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the water in the economizer may vaporize, leading to potential overheating. To mitigate this risk, a recirculation pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer inlet, ensuring the water remains in motion and prevents vaporization.
Production Process: Finned Tube Type
The economizer is strategically positioned at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperatures are lower, serving primarily to:
(1) Capture residual heat from low-temperature flue gases at the tail flue, effectively lowering exhaust temperatures in low-parameter boilers, thus boosting thermal efficiency and fuel conservation.
(2) By integrating an economizer, the water temperature entering the drum is elevated, reducing the temperature differential between the drum wall and the feed water, which in turn mitigates thermal stress and enhances the drum's longevity.
