This design equalizes airflow, drastically enhancing wear resistance, making it 3 to 4 times more resilient than traditional smooth tube or spiral finned heat exchangers under similar conditions.

(2) Fouling reduced

Fouling typically develops on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. With a staggered tube arrangement, the bundle is effortlessly flushed, minimizing back-side fouling. This intelligent design features a superb self-cleaning capability, especially effective at optimal wind speeds. Straight channels formed on the H finned tube sides enhance soot expulsion efficiently, delivering superior soot removal when utilizing a soot blower.
