1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler ingeniously employs ambient air as the cooling medium, utilizing a finned tube design to efficiently cool or condense the high-temperature process fluids traversing within.
This standalone equipment boasts a compact footprint, adaptable for indoor or outdoor placement per user preferences. Connect seamlessly using hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure via a valve as indicated on the pressure gauge. Prior to use, ensure all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment are closed. Post-circulation, drain water via the distribution package's valve to avert blockages from debris.

Product advantages
1, Elevates electronic tube service life (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water is prone to scaling, necessitating frequent cleaning, adversely affecting emission power and lifespan, risking anode burn-through.
2, Achieve substantial electricity savings. For instance, a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube setup consumes roughly 8KW with ordinary water at high DC voltage but only about 70W using distilled water.
3, Minimizes electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage causes direct current to ground via water resistance, leading to significant electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. Distilled water reduces this rate drastically compared to ordinary water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is a highly efficient device strategically installed at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue. It masterfully recovers wasted heat from exhaust gases, transforming it into useful energy by heating boiler feedwater into saturated water under the steam drum's pressure. By brilliantly harnessing the heat from high-temperature flue gas, it minimizes the exhaust temperature, enhances energy efficiency, and significantly reduces energy costs, earning its name 'economizer' for its energy-saving prowess.
The robust steel tube economizer, with its adaptability to pressure variations, can be utilized as a boiling type unit. Typically constructed from durable carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, it can sometimes feature additional fins to boost heat transfer efficiency. This efficient system comprises horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, often referred to as serpentine pipes, ensuring optimal performance.

1. Ingeniously absorb the heat from low-temperature flue gas, effectively lowering exhaust temperatures, minimizing exhaust losses, and conserving fuel resources.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, the heat absorption required on the boiler's heating surface is reduced, allowing for the economical substitution of certain higher-cost evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the feed water temperature rises, entering the steam drum, it reduces the wall temperature difference, thereby decreasing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life for prolonged efficiency.

Product Usage:
During the boiler's start-up phase, particularly in drum boilers, the lack of circulation in the steam-water pipeline results in a stagnant state for the boiler feedwater and economizer water. As boiler combustion intensifies, the rising flue gas temperature may lead to vaporization in the economizer, causing overheating. To prevent this, an additional pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage connects to the economizer's inlet as a recirculation pipeline. This setup ensures water flow within the economizer, preventing vaporization and maintaining optimal operation.

Production process: finned tube type
The economizer, positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperature is lower, serves essential functions to:
(1) Skillfully absorb heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, thus reducing the exhaust temperature in low parameter boilers, heightening thermal efficiency, and conserving fuel.
(2) The integration of economizers elevates the water temperature entering the drum, diminishing the temperature difference between the drum wall and feed water. This reduction in thermal stress not only enhances the drum's lifespan but also promotes reliable service.
